How it works
Four steps. All by email.
- Subscribe on this page. Pay by card through Stripe. We'll email the address you used at checkout within one business day.
- Send your list: photos, PDFs or account numbers for each licence, permit, insurance policy and clearance you want tracked. Tell us the firm name and who should get the reports.
- We build your tracker and confirm the list back to you. You correct anything that looks wrong.
- Every month you get a “what's due” report. Before each deadline we also send a reminder email. Reply anytime to add, remove or update an item.
No phone calls. No login portal. If email isn't enough for a change, say so in writing and we'll work it out by email.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you renew or file licences for us?
No. We track dates and email reminders. You (or your staff) still apply, pay fees and file with TSSA, ESA, Skilled Trades Ontario, the ministry, the city, WSIB or your insurer. If you want a filing service, that is a different product. We don't offer it here.
Is this legal advice?
No. Licence Tracker is an administrative tracking and reminder service. It is not a law firm, and nothing we send is legal advice. Always confirm requirements with the issuing authority.
How is this different from a $9 to $49 a month tracking app?
Those apps are do-it-yourself dashboards. You still enter every date and check the screen. We do the data entry from the documents you email us, keep the list current, and push a monthly report plus deadline reminders to your inbox. You don't log in.
What if a date on our report is wrong?
Reply to the email with the correction. We update the tracker and confirm. We build the list from what you send; if a document was unclear, say so and we'll fix it.
Can you call us?
This service runs by email on purpose. We don't cold-call, and we don't offer phone support as part of the plan. If something needs a longer back-and-forth, we can do it over email or a short written checklist.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@secondunitleads.ca or reply “cancel” to any Licence Tracker message. Your plan ends at the close of the month you've paid for. No contract.
