What we collect

Your name, business name, email address and phone number. The licences, permits, insurance certificates and renewal dates you send us, including licence or account numbers and copies of documents. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To keep your list of deadlines, send your monthly report and reminders, answer your emails, and bill you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your documents for anything else.

Who else sees it

Stripe, to take payment. Our email provider (Google), to send and receive email. Our web host (Cloudflare), to run this site. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.

Where it is kept and for how long

Some of these providers may store data outside Canada. We keep your information while you are a customer and delete your documents within 30 days after you cancel, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes.

This site sets no cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email us with "Licence Tracker privacy" in the subject. To stop all emails, reply "unsubscribe" to any email from us.
