Terms

What you get

We keep a list of the licences, permits, insurance and other renewal dates you give us. Each month we email you a report of what is coming due, plus reminders before each date.

What we do not do

We do not file, pay for or submit any renewal for you. We do not give legal advice. We are not connected to, or approved by, TSSA, ESA, Skilled Trades Ontario, WSIB, the Province of Ontario or any city or town.

Your part

Send us correct documents and dates, and tell us when something changes. Our reminders are only as accurate as the information you give us. You are still responsible for renewing on time.

Price and billing

Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars through Stripe, at the price shown when you sign up. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by replying "cancel" to any email or by emailing us. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months.

Limit of liability

If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for fines, lost work or other losses from a missed renewal.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
